Martial Art Fitness Academy (MAFA) instills positive values in students of all ages. Our professional staff strives to provide each student with the best training and facility to reach their goals. Many adults train for Self-Defense & Physical Fitness and find that the benefits, such as stress relief, weight control, and flexibility, greatly exceed their expectations.
 Children in our program are guided through training using positive reinforcement that can be easily transferred to home or school to promote better confidence, self-control, focus, self discipline, motor skills and provide a great outlet for unwanted aggression.
Martial Arts Fitness Academy is a “Black Belt School.” Our goal for every student is to help them earn their Black Belt, not only in Kuk Sool, but in life. By working toward this goal we create an environment in which the student develops confidence through accomplishing high, but realistic and attainable goals.
Our staff is thoroughly trained to recognize the needs of each student in order to provide the highest level of training and service available.
