What about the kids? - Don't worry, next door to Martial Art Fitness Academy there is a NEW place called STAY N PLAY. It's similar to Munchkins, but will accept children from 18 months to 12 years. They are licensed, and have plenty things to keep the little ones busy! They are providing us with a special rate. Just be sure to meet at MAFA on time. Drop off the kids, then drive back across the street to Martial Art Fitness Academy for the class.
What to wear - Women are required to wear regular everyday comfortable clothes and shoes.
